      This is a SUPER simple beginner workout plan. If your new to fitness or just trying to get back in the grind, this is a great plan to ease you (and your muscles) into working out. I suggest pairing these with bursts of cardio several times and week and light dumbbell excerisies to ease into weight training. (weight training will sculpt your body into your ideal shape, running will just help get your body and metabolism moving!)
