I've lived here my entire life, surf, fish, kayak, swim, snorkel, paddle board etc and I still freak if I touch something under the water and then I book it!!

When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.

Saving my life. (although I am really training for a 5K :)

Saving people is a really hard task - it won't always work. But what you can do is love them, make them feel special and let them know there's someone who cares about them and that their life is worth living.

LOL never thought about it before but it's totally true how you're perception of leftovers changes with age

Today I am faster then I was last week, next week I will be faster than this week.

And thus ensued marshmallow murals, glitter in hair, watching the stars, faces on trees, and every lovable little thing they could think of, because really, who's to stop them.
