Very good. I was out of peanut butter so I used Nutella and omitted the chocolate chips. I used unsweetened coconut. Instead of flax seed I used wheat germ. I used a few tablespoons of pecans (because that's all I had) and oatmeal for the rest. I think dried cranberries might be a good addition.
