WEIGHT WATCHERS snack ZERO PointsPlus! 1 spray cooking spray, 1 head of uncooked cauliflower, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp chili powder (or more to taste), ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper. Preheat oven to 400, coat baking sheet with spray, cut cauliflower to bite size pieces and mix in bowl with all ingredients. Bake for about 10 minutes stirring half way through. 1 serving: ½ cup!
Parmesan Mushroom Rice - ready in 20 minutes! You'll never use the boxed stuff again! Rice, mushrooms garlic, chicken broth, milk, parmesan cheese and parsley. So easy and SOOOO delicious! You can leave out the mushrooms if you don't like them - great either way.
