Our Favorite Brownies no sugar, no-grain, kinda paleo 1/4 c. butter / coconut oil 3/4 c cocoa 1/2 c peanut butter / almond butter 1/4 c almond flour 1 c maple syrup, honey or combination 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup and cocoa. Remove from heat, add vanilla and eggs. Stir in almond flour, baking soda and salt. Pour into parchment-lined 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
