Strawberry Rose Art - easy to make but I would recommend you do these just a few hours before serving to keep them looking fresh. Strategically place these on desserts, fruit trays, on the side of dessert plates, etc... You might even be able to sprinkle them with food grade sparkle dust to make them more festive! So clever!
Chocolate Filled Strawberries - delicious! I used an ice cube tray and it worked perfect. Make sure you dry the strawberries out a little bit (with paper towel or napkin) so that the chocolate sticks :-)
Chocolate Filled Strawberries. I often stuff strawberries with cream cheese, but never thought about filling them with melted chocolate. Also love the idea of the egg carton for keeping them upright while chilling.
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries 1lb strawberries 8 oz softened cream cheese 3-4 Tblsp powdered sugar 1 tspn vanilla extract 1/4-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Rinse strawberries. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. Fill the strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs. YUM!
