    I just made this pie, and it may just very well be the best pie I have ever eaten. I am seriously a pecan pie kinda gal all the way normally..wow just wow...I used brown sugar in the batter, greek yogurt and unsweetened apple sauce instead of butter in the topping.

A Simple Slow Cooker Recipe for Coconut Custard. (I would only use a low-glycemic sugar...not the typical refined brown sugar, but that's just me. : ))
