Ok, so you are vegan and you miss cheese? Well worry no more! This is an AMAZING alternative. I just have to say that this is so so so so so delicious. Strangely enough, the more you eat it the more you love it and crave it even more! It is such a yummy alternative to parmesan and still gives your pasta a salty, creamy and cheesy hit! Vegan Parmesan Cheese. I never thought I’d invent Vegan Parmesan Cheese. Well, here it is! Ladies and gentlemen you can grate it, slice it, or cut into chunks. It is dairy-free and fabulicious! Instead of milk, it uses coconut, lemon, nutritional yeast, and Vitamin C crystals for a delicate aged, sharp flavor. This Paleo cheese tastes, slices and grates beautifully, just like authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. I can’t stop eating chunks of it as I write this post.
Takes only 2 minutes to make! Toss ¼ cup nutritional yeast, 1 cup raw almonds (unsalted) & 1 tsp salt into a food processor/blender and blend! DONE! Wasn't that fast? lol! #MyVeganJournal
