      Creamy Peanut Butter Chiquita Banana Smoothie - This is a very yummy, healthy smoothie! I just made a few minor changes to the recipe: I added 2 tbsp. of milled flax, I used plain nonfat Greek yogurt (because that's what I had on hand) instead of vanilla yogurt, & I used vanilla almond milk instead of nonfat milk. My kids & I loved it! And it was filling enough that I substituted it for a meal.
