    Sandy's Kitchen: Shake Cake

      Shake Cake Ingredients: 1 Shake packet (1 Meal) 1/4 tsp baking powder (0.5 Condiment) 2 tbsp egg beaters 2 tbsp water Optional 1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese (1 Condiment) 1/2 packet Splenda (0.5 Condiment) Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Bake in a ramekin or muffin cup for 15 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Combine cream cheese and splenda. Spread on cake. Enjoy! 1 Meal and 1/2 Condiment (2 Condiments with Cream Cheese Icing)
