Baby Breakfast Quiches: chop up and layer cooked bacon, a medley of fresh veggies, and shredded cheese. Whip up 6-8 eggs with milk (I use almond) and add 1tsp of flour. Pour mixture on top. Bake for 18 mins at 350 and you have a healthy on-the-go breakfast for the week!
Awesome! Bacon, Egg, and Toast Cups. Butter slices of bread and slip them into a muffin tray. Cook the bacon on a skillet and put desired amount of bacon into each muffin cup. Pour an egg in each and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the toast and then serve it up!
