Free Flip Flop Book for Team Good-byes - Before you form new teams, give each student one of these flip flop books. They write their names on them, fold them, and cut the four flaps. Then they pass the flip flop booklets around their old team. Each person writes a statement of appreciation or a compliment for the team member whose name is on the booklet. Nice way to provide closure for one team before they move to a new team! Available on Laura Candler's Cooperative Learning page.
