2013 Interior Design Trend Forecasts – Expressing Our Personality

PS: Between all the colors, patterns, and textures, it can be hard to make a bohemian space look cohesive. How do you pull everything together? JB: I think that paying attention to an overarching color palette helps with cohesion. In my living room, I use a lot of different colors, but the overall vibe is very orange. If you pay attention to the colors that you add and make sure they are within the same color family, you'll start to see that everything works well together. Source: Bret Gum

I need all of my furniture to be covered in bright pink and burnt orange upholstery.

Oh Joy! Studio Tour...AKA the most perfect office space ever.

Lovely colors combined with great textures. Headboard is achieved by stripping an old door and hanging on the wall.

Bright Spots - Inspired by the '50s, this living area sets a white couch against the white living room wall as the canvas perfect for pops of color in pillows. Pillows are affordable and easy to re-cover, so don't be afraid to mix it up and sport bright colors on throw pillows.
