No Peek Beef Tips Add 2 lbs cubed meat to a 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large bowl mix onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, can of cream soup and 1 c water and pour over the meat. Beef Tips in Mushroom Sauce made in the crock pot. This had great flavor and was super tender. The sauce was a little thin so I would suggest adding a little corn starch to thicken it up. Good served with noodles.
