1950's My purpose for this pin is that I would use the dress for a FAIRY in my FAIRY TALE story respecting Tinkerbell and TINKER TOWN etc.. but I won't give away anymore of the story! :-) Very good for the OUTCOME of the family of fairies that's all I am gonna say!

I really like the idea of this pencil skirt with kick-pleats in a different colour. The top is not bad too. Not sure how I feel though how the skirt fits on this model in the front of the skirt at the top bunching a lil' on her. Overall, great vintage look though!
