Made this frosting...Salted Caramel Swiss Meringue Frosting...with a Chocolate Stout cake for Dave's birthday...best thing I've ever made!!!!~■5 egg whites ■1 1/2 cup granulated sugar ■2 cup unsalted butter, softened ■1/2 tsp kosher salt ■1 Tbsp vanilla extract ■1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus 2 Tbsp (I used Hershey’s ice cream topping)
