2 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Poppy seeds
1 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar


9/16 cup Butter
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 tbsp Milk

    Glazed Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins on { } #muffins These didn't rise well, so I'd double the baking soda next time. We added lemon juice to the glaze, and I'd omit the butter next time. We ended up with a muffin dip, which was not bad at all!
