    Cock of the Walk famous Fried Dill Pickles - Dill pickles; sliced thin or they will be too mushy - Salt and pepper, 1 Egg, 8 oz Milk, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire, 4 drops Tabasco, 1 tablespoon Flour, 2 cups Flour - Beat egg/w milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon flour - Mix 2 c flour w/ salt, pepper - dip pickle in egg wash, then into flour, then into egg wash and back into flour, then into 350° deep fat. Fry to golden brown.
