Vinaigrette. 1 finely chopped shallot, add 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice (let sit for 5 minutes) then add 1 c. olive oil, fresh parsley, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. of creole mustard, salt & pepper to taste. Mix/shake.
