DIY Mason Jar Lid Coasters

    Just don't put a hot coffee mug on them. I made these and I even waited 5 days before using them. Cold cups are fine, hot will stick and destroy the coaster, and probably your mug too.

    if you want to be able to put hot mugs on them. Try clear engine paint. The kind I bought is good up to 500 degrees. I got mine at an auto parts store.

I've got to try this in one of my two deep drawers. Quart canning jars fit perfectly. Store pantry supplies (nuts, small grains, seeds, etc.) here and label with chalk. ALSO keep a Sharpie Marker in the drawer to label the tops of canned goods. SO EASY!!!

DIY Mason Jar Lid Coasters... could not be easier.. a rubber stamp and mason jar lids.. she used pre-cut cork coasters and cut them down a bit more, but you can also used sheets and cut them out.

Free printables for mason jar lids. I love this idea to create pre-mixes of the dry ingredients for my homemade recipes. Place on the label the wet ingredients to add and cooking instructions. Presto! A quick homemade treat or give away as a cute gift.
