Fresh Apple Cake.Layer your apple slices (or other fruit) at the bottom of a pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.Sprinkle on boxed cake mix.Pour melted butter over the fruit and dry cake mix.Bake at 350* for approximately 35-45 minutes -- it's done when it is nice and bubbly.

Fresh Apple Cake...Only 3 Ingredients! *update... Made this...and added cinn,nutmeg, vanilla,brown sugar to the apples first...cannot imagine it without! Super yummy...but I wouldn't call it a cake...more of a crumble type of dessert. Also...I'd add nuts next time (for crunch)! :) But yes...it was YUMMY!
Apple Crisp Recipe: 3 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored & sliced), 1c brown sugar, 1c oats, 1c flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 stick melted butter...Put apple slices in greased 8×8 dish. Mix all other ingredients well, sprinkle over & under apples. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
