Basic Crepes 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1 cup flour 3 tbs butter 1/8 ts salt 1 tbs sugar 1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. 2. Blend on low-speed. 3. Place in fridge. 4. Heat medium-sized frying pan on stove over medium heat. 5. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in frying pan and swirl around to spread thin. 6. Cook for 1 minute. 7. Flip/turn over and cook for another 20 seconds.
