Crispy Fried Goat Cheese - The Hungry Mouse.  I really look forward to trying this.  For hors d'oeuvres I would prefer bite-sized pieces and wonder how much harder it would be to make those.  Maybe I could mold it with meatball tongs, I have a pair that makes 1 inch balls.
