Real Breakfast Cookies(Vegan and Gluten Free). Since dried fruit is riddled with loads of sugar, I cut that out and put chocolate chips in instead. I let them cook longer to make them a little crunchier. These are really good, but I might decrease the amount of apple sauce or banana to make them crunchy.
