      Jalapeno Popper Dip: 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature, 1 c mayonnaise, 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained, 3 jalapenos, minced, 1/2 cup shredded Mexican style cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, nonstick cooking spray Bake at 375F for 25-30min.
