Window Valance Custom PEYTON Hidden Rod Pocket Valance fits 47- 66 window, made to order using your fabrics, my LABOR and lining via Etsy
Valances-A valance is a little bit of fabric that does a big job. It hangs across the top of a window, adding softness, color, and pattern to a hard architectural element. Purely decorative, a valance helps establish a room's style. At its most basic, a slip of fabric can be attached to a rod with clip rings. For more detail, add pinch pleats
Inverted box pleat with tassel trim - could easily do contrasting welt trim instead for cleaner lines
Fabric-Covered Curtain Rod Incorporate the curtain rod into the window topper by covering it with matching fabric. Combine a creative topper with plain panels to draw the eye upward toward the topper. This gives an illusion of height to the kitchen. Here, ball finials are covered by hemmed circles of matching gingham fabric. Gimp ties the covers in place.
Very nicely done, but I usually install valances higher to show more of the window & let in more light. Designers can help you with that type of thing that will enhance your windows.
