Imagen del día: la hija de Jennifer López se aburre en el desfile de Chanel

This little 1920s style dress would make a nice change from my usual LBD.

Beaded floral design at waist, front and back, and on front of skirt. Beaded design in pink and gray beads. Sleeveless dress has a scoop neckline. Neckline is accented with gray beads in a zig zag pattern. The same zig zag design encircles the drop waist and accents a portion of the bottom hem.

Dress ca. 1920s. Deep turquoise/teal silk crepe covered in shiny glass beads. Beaded tassel hem with pointed edge. No side or back closure - slips over head. Mill St. Vintage/etsy

Evening Dress, Anne & Thérèse (French): ca. 1925, French, silk, beading. "This dress is an excellent example of the flapper style that was established and popularized during the 1920s. The silhouette displayed the youthful body, as skirts were raised and the waist was dropped. It was common for young ladies to dance the night away doing the Charleston, the Shimmy and the Black Bottom, and the beading of this dress would have been eye-catching with such movement..."

~Boué Soeurs, ca. 1928 Brocade silver lame, blue net, silk floral trim, sequins. Chemise style, sleeveless, dropped waist, net trim at hem. Possible robe de style dress, missing panniers~

This is a striking 1920s vintage, black beaded and sequined dress on fine black net. The dress has a series of rows of black beaded fringe down the center panel of the dress. It has a V-neckline in both the front and the back, each which has been embellished with lovely sequined floral motifs.

1920's fashion- this dress is stunning, so lovely- a great neckline and such a beautiful colour gradient.
