The Swedish-inspired built-in bed has a glide mechanism (brainchild of builder Jeff Ford) that allows the mattress to be easily pulled out to be made. Steps cleverly disguised as drawers add to the magic of this room.
I really am loving the idea of having the bed up high and making use of the space below it. I'm seeing a lot of examples for this. If I happen to have high ceilings where ever I settling I really hope to remember this. I also like out fitting the upper bed part as a closed in space with window dressings, and how the lower parts usually have built in book shelves.
