    I chose a paint chip with 4 colors. I chose one color as the base and then used the other colors to paint different sized rectangles. There was no plan, just what I thought looked good.

This is a basic frame that I painted and used glass knobs to screw into a piece of luan (sp) that I modge podged scrap book paper to. I have gone through three different room decor changes and have changed the frame to fit each change. I actually have three frames I use. This is just one.

My favorite back to school bulletin board idea. I was worried a student would be added at the last minute. And of course they were so I made some adjustments.

We had Lowe's cut 2'x2' squares of plywood. We used 1"x2"s and a tap-con to attach to the cement block walls. We also added foam board insulation and then used a nail gun to hang the squares with contrasting grains on the walls in our basement. A nice man-cave.

I used different sized bowls to draw on the polka dots. I chose the colors from the bedding. I made the lampshade using ribbon to match. The curtain is held together by a re-purposed shoe clip that I embellished with wire and beading.

My redecorated bedroom. I drew in the lines and painted with paint mixed to match the bedspread. I attempted using tape, but I found it more of a pain. The curtain is held together with a Christmas ornament that I liked. I use it year round.
