    Delicious! I've made this several times with a few tweaks! I use 1 lb ground beef, use drained canned tomatoes, and 1/2 jar of Bertolli Spaghetti sauce flavored with Italian sausage instead of the tomato paste and other herbs. I do add the garlic. I up the amount of cheese mixture (I use 1 cup of cottage cheese) & 8oz pkg. Italian shredded cheese divided instead of the mozzarella.
