1 1/2 Cup whatever conditioner you choose. 2 Cups White Vinegar and 4 Cups of water. - Heat the vinegar & water. I microwaved for about 6 minutes. Then add the conditioner. Stir until the conditioner is dissolved and not clumpy. I use my downy ball and there ya go. I still had my container from fabric softener that I bought at Sams', so I just poured the mix into there. Love it!!!
