Ultimate Sandwich. Cold, pressed, Italian style: Slice a thin baguette lengthwise, spread with pesto, add your choice of ingredients (a really good salami and cheese, green tomatoes, fresh leafy greens, etc.), wrap tightly in parchment paper and tie with strings. Let this sit in your fridge for at least a day, and eat!

Jalapeno Popper Pulls Mix cream cheese, bacon, and jalapenos and spread between partially sliced loaf of sourdough. Top with shredded monterey jack and extra toppings (and maybe drizzle a little butter!) Bake in foil for 15 minutes
