Homemade Taco Seasoning. 1T chili pwdr, 1/4 t garlic pwdr, 1/4 t onion pwdr, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1/4 t dried oregano, 1/2 t paprika, 1 1/2 t ground cumin, 1 t sea salt, 1 t blk pepper. Mix all together add with 1/2 c water to 1-2 lbs of browned / drained meat. Source: Allreceipes
I don't use any corriander and sometimes cut back a little on the chili powder and cumin if I don't want it quite as hot. I will never EVER go back to store bought taco seasoning!! I made a ton of this last year and gave it away as Christmas gifts.
