    three ingredient paleo pancakes! 2 ripe bananas, 1 egg, 1-2 tablespoons almond butter (optional ingredients: stevia, vanilla, pumpkin, cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate chips). They smell amazing when you cook them and they taste awesome, too! These are healthier than those that use almond/coconut flour. The best Paleo/Gluten Free pancakes I've ever found and it's 4 ingredients, to boot! I add 1/4 tsp salt (because pancakes should be a hint salty) and 1 tbs chopped walnuts/pecans for a little crunch. The texture is spot on. I've even made these with crunchy PB and they're almost even better.
