9 cups rice Chex cereal 1 c cinnamon chips ¼ c butter ½ c powdered sugar ¼ c sugar 1½ tsp cinnamon microwave cinnamon chips and butter for 1 minute; stir until smooth. Add 30 seconds if needed. Drizzle mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. In a small bowl, combine sugars, sugar, and cinnamon. Toss coated Chex cereal into the sugar mixture. Spread on parchment until cooled.
