Burns 300 Calories - this only burned 90 calories for me in about 12 minutes and my heart rate was up the whole time. good, quick workout but not close to 300 calories. Time to do it again!

Now THAT'S a workout!  Had to break a few things into sets, but it did take me right at 30 minutes.  The plank at the end was a killer.  Had to do it in two 30 seconds sets.

cardio circuit I can do at home. Perfect, since I'd like to start doing more cardio workouts at home with my Pilates.
