I found this, and HAD to make it. SUPER amazing without all the carbs that normal fries would have. ALSO--- i cheated and got a healthy low-sodium fat free marinara from Trader Joe's instead of making my own. Next time, i will make the sauce.
Sour cream chicken: Lay the chicken close together on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with a thick layer of sour cream. Top that with the crushed croutons and then dot with the butter. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 25-35 minutes.
