Art Club homework: produce the aft ground by gel printing technique or use a piece of scrapbook paper, then block in the basic shape using 3 tints of the same color, highlight, mid tone and shadow. Then add detail with pastel. Spray fixative. Use ink to produce depth of fur and eyelashes.
