Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury 1953 - Dystopian novel where firemen don't extinguish but start fires in order to burn books. A future where trivial is good and knowledge is bad.

One of my favorite books, as well as many that he wrote. Among my favorites are The Martian Chrnicles, Dandelion Wine, The Illustrated Man, and Something Wicked This Way Comes. R.I.P.

LOL. I was going to put this in "things that should fill our house," but then it autochose "things I want to say" and I was like, "Actually... that's perfect." I hope they make this as a tablet cover!

Very sad and enraging story. Excellent Book

Favourite Book - I'm curious: If you had to recommend one book to someone, what would it be? From me to you: Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 Book -1953 - A world with no books.....still one of my favorite reads. Read this in the 3rd grade and it made me sad to think about this possible reality...let the uneducated and extreme religious/ fanatics run our education system and this could become our reality.
