Crock-pot Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup. Super easy and cheap. The soup was a bit runny according to the recipe directions, so I added in some instant mash potatoes. Immediately thickened it up and gave a nice taste too. Added extra spice to make sure it wasn't bland either. Good base to work with, and easy to make overnight for lunch the next day.
