Make this ruffle scarf using an old T-shirt. Take a 9" paper plate as your template and cut out 6 circles of T-shirt fabric. Then cut these circles of fabric in a spiral pattern (about 2" wide). Stretch this length of fabric and glue (or stitch) to another length of fabric. Do the same until you get the thickness you desire. Done! @ winkchic.orgwinkchic.org
