Materials (will make 5-7 lockets, depending on size): 2 tbsp Beeswax 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, or Jojoba OilEssential oils (Some great scents are Jasmine, Lavender, Vanilla, Ylang ylang, Citrus, etc. You can find these at natural food stores, craft stores or online) Clean, empty jar Wooden skewer or clean straw Empty locket
Do your skin a favor... Go out and buy a mason jar. Add coarse sea salt, olive oil, almond oil, and if you can find it - jojoba oil. Use daily. Love your skin again. I add the olive oil and jojoba oil first to the salt and then add as much almond oil as I need to make it smell great. When you get out of the shower, your skin will be smooth, silky and you shouldn't need lotion. In the summer, you can add a little coconut oil for a tropical smell! ~
Detox Bath Recipes Take a detox bath. Two cups of Epsom salt, one cup of baking soda and a teaspoon of ginger. Add some eucalyptus oil or mint to clear up your lungs. Mix these together in the hot water and soak in the tub for forty minutes or at least twenty. This will cause you to sweat out all of the toxins in your body. This is good for when you're sick. Will help I promise
