This refrigerator oatmeal turned out okay....It was a little chewy but I think I used the wrong kind of Oats...also I tried the Rasberry Vanilla flavor and it didn't really rock my world...next I am going to try using steel cut oats and I am going to make the apple cinnamon flavor...Will let you know what happened!
Healthy pancakes - no flour, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray.
fridge oatmeal - Ingredients 1/4 cup oats 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup yogurt 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup chopped berries or nuts additional berries for topping Instructions: Combine all, stir, cover, refrigerate overnight. Top if desired.
