Crock Pot Baked Potatoes!! Perfect for those summer grilling days, better than microwaving, and no hot oven on!
tomato basil parmesan soup for the crock pot. Made this today. Subtle tomato flavor. Lightened it by using 1c skim milk and 1c half and half. Didnt stir in Parm but just grated some on top before serving. Great with simple grilled cheese sandwiches. Kids liked the soup. Though not likr Norstrom Cafe's tomato soup (which has something like 2 cups of heavy cream), I will make again.
Paula Dean (Easy) Crock Pot Potato Soup: 1 (30 oz.) bag frozen hash-brown potatoes; 2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth; 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup; 1/2c chopped onion; 1/3 tsp ground black pepper; 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese (softened). Garnish: minced green onion.
