This looks so good but i would put the sour cream on after its cooked. Corn tortilla chicken lasagna: Corn tortillas, shredded/cubed chicken breast, rinsed kidney beans, green peppers, salsa, sour cream, olives, Jack and cheddar cheese. Layer in greased baking dishes starting with the tortillas. Layer twice. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Covered for first 25 min. Delicious Crock-pot Lasagna: yum. I used a big tub of Ricotta mixed with 2c mozz and 1/2ish parm (red pepper and oregano). I used 2lbs beef with diced onion and a packet Italian dressing mix. I used 2 cans sauce and would have added more but crock pot was full to the top. I used 3/4 box of noodles. Easy. Tastes just like oven baked. Oh, and 1/2c mozz on top with more parm.
