Garlic/soy chicken, this has become a weekly staple in my house, I like bone in chicken thighs the best, hubby likes skin, i dont so I do some of each. I bake for 1 hr. at 350 instead of broiling and baste every 15 minutes. Try it, it is sooooo good! Serve with rice or egg noodles, and some asparagus. Yummmmm!
