Floating Ghost - Cheesecloth ghost is awesome! Easy and looks amazing - appears to float and is nearly transparent. Just make a form with a 2 liter soda bottle, balloon or ball on top of the bottle (for the head) and wire for arms. Drape cheesecloth over the form and then spray with starch. Let dry, glue black felt circles on for eyes, then lift off of the form and set anywhere that you want a great Halloween decoration! Make smaller ones and hang them from the ceiling or light fixtures, too.
