"Healthy Santa Fe Chicken (crock pot) 1C= 4 WW Pts+.  A WINNER!!!  I had 3 lbs of chicken (4 lg chicken breasts), so I made a double batch, however,  I didn't double the broth or cayenne pepper.  Next time my only change will be to keep the cilantro out and use it as a garnish with the green onions.  We also topped this with shredded cheese and sour cream.  SO YUMMY!!!"
