      Gingerbread Cheesecake Bites. 4 Ingredients: 30oz roll gingerbread cookie dough, 4oz. cream cheese, 2cups powdered sugar, 1tsp vanilla. Roll 2tsp cookie dough into balls place in paper-lined mini muffin pan...Indent small well in each ball. Filling: beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and place in piping bag or ziplock bag...fill each cookie well. Bake 350 degrees for 9 minutes...YUM!

      Gingerbread Cheesecake Bites 1 (30 oz) pkg Pillsbury Gingerbread Cookie Dough (refrig section) 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature) 2 c powdered sugar 1 t. vanilla Roll 2 t. cookie dough into balls. Put into paper liners & mini muffin pan. Make well into ea dough ball w/back of flour-dipped measuring teaspoon. Beat cream cheese w/powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla. Place into piping bag. Put 1 t. filling into ea indent. Bake @350 for 9 min. Let cool before removing.

      Gingerbread Cheesecake Bites 1 (30 oz) pkg Pillsbury Gingerbread Cookie Refrigerated Dough- 4 oz cream cheese- 2 c. powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla Roll 2 tsps dough into ball. Place in lined mini muffin pan. Indent each ball with a flour dipped wooden spoon end. Beat soft cream cheese w/ sugar. Add vanilla. Pipe 1 tsp. filling into muffin indent. Bake 350 degrees for 9 min. or until tooth pick comes out almost clean. Don’t over fill cookies with filling. Cool before removing from pan.

      Gingerbread Cheesecake Bites 1 (30 oz) package Pillsbury Gingerbread Cookie Dough (+1/4 C flour) 4 oz cream cheese (room temp) 2 C powdered sugar 1 t. vanilla Roll 2 teaspoons dough into a ball for each cookie and Place in paper liners mini muffin pan. Make indentation w flour dipped measuring spoon. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla.Place 1 t into each via piping bag. Bake 350 degrees ~9 min. Don’t overfill, they will rise when baked. Let cool before removing from pan.
