Remember when Lauren’s go-to hairstyle was the bang braid? Well, lately this little lady’s had a new favorite. Check out this gem. It works on literally any hair type – short, long, curly, pin straight, anything! It’s so great for those mornings when you’re in a rush, but need something to pull your look together. Think of it as a french braid, but you only add in new hair from one side (the top). Follow these steps + be patient! You’ll get it… ...

Hair hair hair! I love this waterfall braid. It has a nice flow affect to it. Think of it as a French braid a bit. Works with long, curly, short, (not too short) and straight it's perfect. Check out all my pins :()

Start this like a regular braid, but drop the top piece through to the bottom and leave it there. Gently twist the 2 pieces you’re left with upward. Add a new 3rd piece in between + drop it through. Twist again and repeat. Keep going until you get to the back. Tie it with a clear elastic, tuck the end under, and secure with a bobbypin.

If I could get my girls to sit long enough upside down! French plait and bun. Put your head down and brush hair forward. Add product to root to start off plait more easily. French plait bottom up until you get to where you want the bun. Secure the plait with a hair tie. Gather all your hair into a high ponytail and check it in the mirror. Pin as a bun

Our latest braid tutorial is up! Enjoy our newest summer do how to. :)

Quick and easy to do. Love it!

. It’s just a regular braid, but instead of taking 3 equal sized pieces like you do in a normal braid, you just make one piece smaller than the other 2.

It seems pretty easy, but it’s not. Not everyone has long hair that reaches all the way around the head to make a perfect crown of braids. Girls with short hair need braids TOO! Using this technique, you make small, overlapping intersections of braids to create a full crown. Here’s how: go to page for instructions

after looking at it for a minute, finally figured it out. now just need a litttle more length!

Crown braids, my oldest sister would do my hair like this when I was little. Wow that must have taken a TON of patience.
